8. Payment Terms

Fees and Pricing

  • All fees are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP £) unless otherwise specified
  • Pricing is based on project scope, complexity, and timeline
  • Fixed-price and time-and-materials models available
  • Rush delivery may incur additional charges (typically 25-50% premium)
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified

Payment Terms

  • Payment due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed
  • Late payments incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 (8% plus Bank of England base rate)
  • Work may be suspended for accounts overdue by more than 15 days
  • Collection costs and legal fees are the client's responsibility
  • No refunds for completed work unless specified in writing

  • Right to Repeat Performance or Price Reduction: If services are not performed with reasonable care and skill, you may request repeat performance or a price reduction

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. However, if you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving disputes amicably. Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us to seek an informal resolution. If you are a consumer, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform or contact a certified Alternative Dispute Resolution provider.
