1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Sucetas Technologies UK ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at United Kingdom.

By accessing our website (sucetastech.co.uk), engaging our services, or entering into any agreement with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

Legal Binding: These Terms create a legally enforceable contract under the laws of England and Wales. Your continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance of any updates to these Terms.

8. Payment Terms

Fees and Pricing

All fees are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP £) unless otherwise specified
Pricing is based on project scope, complexity, and timeline
Fixed-price and time-and-materials models available
Rush delivery may incur additional charges (typically 25-50% premium)
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified

Payment Terms

Payment due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed
Late payments incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 (8% plus Bank of England base rate)
Work may be suspended for accounts overdue by more than 15 days
Collection costs and legal fees are the client's responsibility
No refunds for completed work unless specified in writing

• Cheque (for amounts above £10,000)

International Payments

• Wire transfer (SWIFT)

• Digital payment services

VAT and Additional Charges

All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
VAT will be charged at the prevailing UK rate (currently 20%)
International clients may be zero-rated for VAT (subject to valid VAT number)
Currency conversion charges, if applicable, are borne by the client
Payment processing fees may apply for certain payment methods

13. Consumer Rights

Consumer Rights Act 2015

If you are a consumer (an individual acting for purposes wholly or mainly outside your trade, business, craft, or profession), you have specific rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Your Consumer Rights Include:

Right to Services Performed with Reasonable Care and Skill: We will provide services with reasonable care and skill
Right to Services Performed Within a Reasonable Time: Where no time is agreed, services will be performed within a reasonable time
Right to Pay a Reasonable Price: Where no price is agreed, you will pay a reasonable price
Right to Information: You have the right to clear information about services before purchase
Right to Repeat Performance or Price Reduction: If services are not performed with reasonable care and skill, you may request repeat performance or a price reduction

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. However, if you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving disputes amicably. Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us to seek an informal resolution. If you are a consumer, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform or contact a certified Alternative Dispute Resolution provider.
